What You will do
- Deliver on-site and remote IT support for clients across the NJ / NY Metro area.
- Implement and troubleshoot advanced technologies in networking, virtualization, and cloud environments .
- Configure systems and network architecture for new and existing clients.
- Install and support multi-vendor hardware : Servers, SAN, LAN, WAN, VPN .
- Monitor Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity solutions.
- Provide exceptional client service and document all work clearly and professionally.
- Collaborate on AI-driven projects that enhance automation and efficiency.
