What You’ll Do

Welcome prospective residents, conduct property tours, and guide them through the leasing process.

Build strong relationships with residents and help cultivate a warm, service-focused community.

Support marketing and resident engagement initiatives.

Manage administrative responsibilities including processing applications, maintaining availability, preparing leases, and responding to inquiries via phone, email, and text.

Ensure apartments are move-in ready and follow up promptly on resident needs.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in customer service or sales (leasing experience is a plus).

Strong communication skills and a professional, engaging demeanor.

Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

A team player with a positive, solutions-driven mindset.

Availability to work rotating weekends.

Bilingual skills are a plus.
