Actify Home Care is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide exceptional care to our geriatric clients in Broward County, FL. We’re looking for a compassionate professional who values timeliness and excels in communication—both with patients and our supportive staff. As an Actify PTA, taking care of patients so they can stay safe and comfortable at home is just the beginning. We're here to improve lives, and that includes yours. Our perfect candidate is looking for excellence in their company and satisfaction in their work. You're happy to find ways to maximize the patient’s outcome, be a patient advocate, and communicate as needed with the primary doctor, our Clinical Team Director, Director of Nursing and other team members to manage the patient’s care.

License/Certification:

· Driver's License (Required)

· CPR/BLS Certification (Required)

· PTA License (Required)

· Spanish speaking a plus!

· Immediate cases available! Also, seeking coverage east of I-95 in Pompano Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Oakland Park and Dania Beach.

Work Location: On the road

Job Types: Part-time, PRN, Per diem

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per visit
