Position : Commercial DFH Estimator

The Opportunity :

Join an established industry leader specializing in high-end commercial projects. As their Estimator, you'll play a crucial role in bidding on significant projects valued at over $1MM, focusing on Doors Frames and Hardware

What You'll Do :

• Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for commercial packages
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to gather essential project details.
• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and cost analysis.
• Analyze project specifications and drawings to ensure comprehensive bid proposals.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
