Work within an established patient base in a supportive and collaborative environment. Schedule : Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, with no after-hours or weekend call responsibilities. EMR System : Certification and Licensing : An active Alaska medical license is required; unfortunately, licensing reimbursement is not provided for this position. Practice Setting : Outpatient Patients Per Shift : Average of 6 patients per day Rounding : Not required Holidays : Coverage includes New Year's Day, 4th of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Support and Resources : Focus exclusively on outpatient care without the need for hospital or surgery center privileges. Specialized Focus : Ideal for pediatricians with a passion for developmental-behavioral health, providing targeted care in an outpatient setting. Work-Life Balance : Enjoy a flexible schedule with 1-2 weeks of coverage per month and no on-call duties, allowing for an excellent work-life balance. We are seeking a highly qualified Developmental-Behavioral Pediatrician for a locum tenens position near Palmer, AK.
