About the Role

The Company is in search of an Associate General Counsel with a focus on healthcare law to join its dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and strategic guidance on a wide array of healthcare regulatory, compliance, and transactional matters. This includes but is not limited to, offering counsel on healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, Stark Law, the Anti-Kickback Statute, and Medicare / Medicaid, as well as addressing AI and cybersecurity issues in the healthcare sector. The role also involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various agreements, supporting corporate transactions, and ensuring the company's operations align with all relevant laws and regulations. Applicants for the Associate General Counsel position at the company should have a strong background in healthcare law, with a focus on regulatory and compliance issues. The role requires a deep understanding of healthcare regulations, contracts, employment law, and corporate governance. The ideal candidate will have experience in risk assessment, compliance strategies, and incident response, particularly in the context of AI and cybersecurity. Additionally, the role demands the ability to work closely with executive leadership and various internal departments to mitigate risk and ensure legal compliance.
