IT Administrator Security Operations

A company is looking for an IT Administrator (Security Operations Focus).

Key Responsibilities

Implement and manage Identity & Access Management solutions and enforce compliance across Azure tenants

Execute patch management cycles and maintain application security hygiene within Microsoft Entra ID

Resolve IT support tickets and support internal IT audits for compliance with FedRAMP and CMMC standards

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT Administrator or IT Operations role focused on secure environments

Prior experience supporting a cybersecurity firm, SOC, or FedRAMP-compliant organization

Expert-level experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune, and Azure AD

Demonstrated understanding of Zero Trust architecture and security operations best practices

Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible to support federal contracting clients and systems
