Evaluate residents' functional abilities and develope personalized treatment plans.
Provide indivivdualized occupational therapy interventions to address physical, cognitive, and psychosocial impairments.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care planning.
Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and adaptive strategies.
Monitor residents' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress reports.
