[job_card.job_description]Proficient in using the tools, equipment, and inspection aids applicable to the scope of work assigned Use hand tools, power tools and electric soldering gun Able to perform complex mechanical and / or electromechanical assembly operation Capable of solving problems in situations that are atypical or infrequently occurring based on existing precedents or procedures Skilled at simple welding tasks and / or brazing, or soldering Experience with MS Office Suite Good manual dexterity required to work with small parts Perform major hand grasping and fine finger manipulations using both hands Push and pull carts or mobile tables, loaded and unloaded Minimal : heavy lifting from floor or higher, bending, twisting, climbing, lifting arms above shoulders, kneeling, exposure to excessive noise, hazardous chemicals, hazardous equipment, uneven walking surfaces

Candidate Requirement : Candidate must pass a hands-on assessment to be moved to the in-person interview stage of the recruitment process.
1st Shift
Monday-Friday occasional evening / weekend overtime. 5am to 8am start time
POSITION SUMMARY
The Assembler 2 position performs disassembly, assembly, re-work, and minimum testing of various electrical / electronic equipment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Use electric soldering equipment to the IPC-A-610B, Class 3 standard
- Cut, prepare and pre-tin wires, prepare batteries, Apply conformal coat, marking and adhesive bonding
- Perform a variety of complex mechanical and / or electromechanical assembly operations in accordance with company instructions and procedures
- Conduct inspections of own and / or other associates work to insure correctness in accordance with company and / or customer drawing
- Maintain a clean and orderly workstation adhering to 6S standards
- Complete additional job duties and tasks as assigned and instructed by Lead Tech / Supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS
Education : Secondary Certificate / High School Diploma or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience
Experience : Minimum of 2 years prior work experience in an electronics / manufacturing environment or completed OJT training for at least 5 products
