Chief Estimator

We are seeking a Chief Estimator who thrives in a large, integrated services company with a focus on Life Sciences, Pharma, and Biotech GmP projects. The ideal candidate will have experience managing large, dispersed teams and handling projects valued at over $100 million.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and lead innovative estimating standards and processes.
• Promote continuous learning and improvement in estimating to enhance risk / reward outcomes.
• Own and drive estimating strategy and specialty differentiation.
• Manage estimating standards, staffing, and training across corporate and regional teams.
• Lead and mentor the estimating team, fostering trust and collaboration.
• Conduct performance reviews and oversee career development.
• Approve departmental costs and develop annual business plans.
• Participate in risk reviews and support regional bidding and LEAN practices.
• Serve as Lead Estimator when needed and coordinate deliverables with leadership.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $250000.00 - $315000.00 / yr. The company offers a complete and competitive benefit package designed to meet individual and family needs.
