Floor Technician - Part-Time

We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Floor Technician to support our growing operations in the Phoenix area. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in professional floor care, understands how to handle a variety of flooring types, and can operate all major floor-care equipment with confidence. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality results and has a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform strip and wax services with precision and efficiency
• Conduct carpet extraction and cleaning, including stain treatment and restoration work
• Provide upholstery cleaning services as needed
• Perform scrub and refinish services on VCT and other hard floor surfaces
• Safely operate and maintain floor-care equipment, including :

Burnishers
