As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, help to deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Assist with access control by monitoring entry and exit points within the location.

Maintain detailed and accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and site-specific guidelines.

Support emergency preparedness and / or evacuation procedures as directed by site management or Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements :

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Able to ride a bike.

Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years old for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
