At Volt, our greatest strength is our people. We are immediately hiring for "Admin Functional Support 2" in "Newport News VA". This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate data, supporting team processes, and ensuring smooth operations across departments. This is a 12 month with possible extension opportunity. Clearance Required : Confidential

Key Responsibilities :

• Collect, track, and verify data and information from various sources
• Compile, review, and analyze data for use in reports, presentations, and decision-making
• Utilize specialized software and tools to generate statistics, timelines, tables, and correspondence
• Create and maintain documentation related to internal procedures and workflows
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance team efficiency
• Provide administrative support and share relevant information with other teams
• Manage and maintain an engineering document vault (e.g., drawings, supplies, records)
• Support cross-functional teams and interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders

Must-Have Qualifications :

Pay Rate : $20 / hr.-$25 / hr.
