- Build, configure and optimize objects, fields, forms, dashboards, reports and workflows within Planview PPM Pro, AgilePlace and Roadmaps
- Translate business requirements into scalable configurations that support portfolio planning, resource management, financial tracking and agile delivery
- Develop custom logic, rules and automation to streamline intake, prioritization, project lifecycle management and reporting
- Design, build and maintain integrations between Planview products and enterprise systems (e.G., ERP, HRIS, ITSM, data warehouses)
- Utilize Planview APIs, middleware tools and integration frameworks to ensure secure, reliable data synchronization
- Troubleshoot integration failures, optimize performance and maintain documentation for all integration points
- Convert business processes into system-driven workflows
- Lead solution design sessions to map current-state and future-state processes across portfolio, project, resource and agile management
- Recommend best practices for portfolio governance, agile execution and roadmap planning using Planview capabilities
- Support roadmap development for platform enhancements, new features and cross-functional automation opportunities
- Build advanced reporting, dashboards and analytics to support executive decision-making
- Ensure data quality, consistency and alignment across PPM Pro, AgilePlace and Roadmaps
- Partner with BI teams to integrate Planview data into enterprise reporting environments (e.G., Confluence, JIRA, Confluence, PowerBI)
- Develop training materials, quick guides and release notes to support adoption
- Conduct user training sessions and support onboarding for new team members and capabilities Required Knowledge, Abilities and Skills Essential to Job Functions :
- Experience with Planview Administration, including user provisioning, security models and governance
- Knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, JSON or scripting languages
- Systems thinking and ability to architect end-to-end solutions
- Agile and efficient reaction to change, shifting priorities, demands, timelines and problem-solving
- Ability to adeptly communicate with diverse stakeholders from a broad spectrum of disciplines, roles and backgrounds
- Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, other departments, key stakeholders and handle evolving priorities and deadlines in a high-pressure setting
- Experience working both independently and in team-oriented, collaborative environments with ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills including the ability to multitask
