What You’ll Do

Prepare and cook menu items according to Topgolf recipes, portion guidelines, and presentation standards.

Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a clean, safe, and high-quality kitchen environment.

Coordinate with the BOH team to execute orders quickly and accurately during high-volume service.

Maintain clean and organized workstations, including dishwashing, equipment cleaning, and general kitchen upkeep.

Assist with food prep, inventory, and proper ingredient rotation as needed.

What We’re Looking For

Previous line cook or kitchen experience in a high-volume or fast-casual environment preferred.

Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper kitchen procedures.

Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and with a positive attitude under pressure.

Excellent communication, multitasking, and time-management skills.

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
