Description :

The position is for an outpatient Dialysis clinic.

The expected services provided are primarily outpatient.

There may be rare instances of providing Dialysis 1 : 1 in a patient room if admitted.

This position includes a 36-hour work guarantee, encompassing three 11-hour shifts each week.

Shifts occur on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

There is a mandatory staff meeting once a month, generally lasting two hours on a Tuesday.

The typical shift is from 5 : 00 AM to 5 : 30 PM or from 7 : 00 AM to 7 : 30 PM, depending on patient census.

There are no weekend or holiday shifts unless a holiday falls on a scheduled workday.

The unit consists of 15 stations with staffing ratios of 7-10 patients paired with 2-3 Patient Care Technicians.

There are generally 2-3 clinical Nurses for every 15 patients.

No education or certification beyond the stated requirements is necessary.

Typical tasks include patient assessments, medication administration, care planning, and foot checks as required.

The facility utilizes Braun dialog machines and currently employs CKG- TIME EMR for documentation.

Nurse scrub color is Navy Blue.
