Purpose :

The Data Analyst will play a critical role in driving pricing strategy, store profitability, and sales trend insights across Edible Brands’ diverse portfolio of brands. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams - including Innovation, Supply Chain, Marketing, E-Commerce and Finance - to ensure product pricing, cost of goods, and sales data are accurate, actionable, and aligned with business goals. By leveraging data-driven insights, this role directly impacts profitability, operational efficiency, and franchisee success.

Location : This position will work onsite out of our Corporate Office in Sandy Springs, GA Monday – Friday.

Responsibilities :

• Develop, maintain, and validate pricing models across multiple business lines (e.g., Edible Arrangements, Rōti, Amazon, B2B, Canadian products, Third Party Affiliates).
• Partner with Innovation and Supply Chain teams on product launches to ensure accurate costing, margins, and retail strategy that contribute to business growth.
• Monitor cost fluctuations, alter models accordingly (e.g., fruit, chocolate, packaging) and recommend pricing adjustments as needed.
• Respond to and resolve franchisee pricing inquiries, providing clear and consistent communication to stakeholders.
• Collaborate cross functionally to establish inventory availability, right size costs, and maximize revenues across business units.
• Conduct seasonal sales reviews and deliver insights that enhance forward planning activities including product selection, forecasting and budgeting.
• Lead seasonal and holiday forecasting analyses, including item-level performance, to support promotional planning and inventory tracking while ensuring profitability and margin integrity.
• Provide reporting and insights to leadership as needed that drive data-informed decision-making across the organization.
• Support project-based initiatives that improve reporting capabilities and the team’s effectiveness is providing data driven insights.
