Program Manager / Supervisor | Program Management | Oversight | Leadership

ProSidian seeks a Program Manager / Supervisor for program support on a contract located in Maryland across the Mid Atlantic region supporting industrial hygiene, environmental health, and safety services. The role ensures compliance with federal, state, and institutional standards and supports continuity of biomedical research operations.

This position requires candidates with relevant experience in environmental management, with expertise in the environmental services solutions for clients like the National Institutes of Health (NIH). The role may convert to a full-time ProSidian employed position.

Responsibilities include :

  • Directing and managing all aspects of the NIH contract.
  • Allocating staff across multiple facilities.
  • Overseeing performance metrics, task orders, and deliverables.
  • Ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, NIH, and Maryland codes.
  • Managing budgets, cost controls, schedules, and reporting.
  • Acting as NIH liaison, communicating with senior leadership, and resolving escalated issues.

Desired qualifications include :

  • Extensive program leadership in industrial hygiene, safety, or environmental health.
  • Bachelors (Masters preferred); 1015 years in program management with federal / biomedical focus. PMP certification desirable.
  • Leadership, resource allocation, risk management, client engagement, project scheduling.
  • Strategic thinking, negotiation, organizational awareness, compliance oversight.
