As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned commercial real estate locations to help deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and provide outstanding customer service while maintaining clear communication with visitors and tenants. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities.

Observe and report any suspicious activity or potential hazards within the commercial real estate environment.

Communicate clearly with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters.

Follow all post orders and instructions provided by Allied Universal and site management.

Maintain a visible presence throughout assigned areas to help to deter unwanted activity and provide a sense of security to occupants.

Minimum Requirements :

Customer service experience is preferred.

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
