Position Details :

Job Title : School Psychologist

Location : Near Jacksonville, FL

Contract Length : 36 Weeks

Schedule : Full-time, Monday–Friday

Compensation : Up to $58 / hr based on experience

Job Responsibilities :

Conduct psychological and educational assessments to identify student needs

Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement IEPs and 504 Plans

Provide individual and group counseling to support student mental health and behavior

Utilize data to create intervention strategies for academic, emotional, and behavioral concerns

Participate in RTI / MTSS processes and multidisciplinary team meetings

Serve as a resource for staff on mental health, crisis response, and behavioral interventions

Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations and documentation standards

Requirements :

Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited institution

Valid Florida Department of Education certification in School Psychology (or eligibility to obtain)

NASP certification preferred

Strong knowledge of IDEA, FBA / BIP processes, and IEP development

Experience in K–12 school settings preferred

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
