Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume requisitions, ensuring a positive candidate experience
Collaborate with department heads to develop tailored recruiting strategies and provide market intelligence
Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through advanced sourcing techniques and networking
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on technical recruiting experience in fast-paced environments
Proven track record of filling critical technical and digital marketing roles
Strong understanding of web / mobile development and performance marketing disciplines
Experience with modern ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter
Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field is a plus
