Traveling Chef Manager

Pay: $68000 per year - $75000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Manager Account coverage for corporate and education dining services including culinary and service operation.
• Execute all menus, including daily meal service and catering; modifies the menu based on food trends, costs, patron requests, and seasonal availability.
• Weekly inventory, knowledge of on-line catering and order systems, purchasing and all food safety protocol.
• Manage labor, work schedules and employees.
• Superior customer service skills are required; will interact daily with our customers and client.
• May assist with special corporate projects or events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or Culinary Degree from an accredited university, college, or culinary association.
• 5+ years' experience in a similar culinary management position in retail, manufacturing, or education dining.
• Excellent time management, communication and organizational skills including Microsoft.
• Ability to work a flexible weekly schedule.
• Possess a valid state driver's license.
