Pay : $2,255.40 / week + $2,500 completion bonus per contract (up to $7,500 after three contracts)

Position Overview

ATC Healthcare is seeking a versatile and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for a Med Surg / ED / Swing position at a Critical Access Hospital in Missouri Valley, IA. This travel contract offers competitive weekly pay, completion bonuses, and full benefits. The RN will provide high-quality patient care across multiple departments, including medical-surgical and emergency settings, ensuring continuity and excellence in rural healthcare delivery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in both medical-surgical and emergency settings.
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions accurately and promptly.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Triage and respond to emergency situations in accordance with hospital protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians, providers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Float between Med Surg, ED, and Swing Bed units as needed.
