Role Overview :

As an Outside Window Sales Consultant, your primary objective is to perform in-home sales appointments with homeowner clients and help enroll them in a program that helps them replace their builder-grade windows . The intention of these consultations is to support homeowner decision-makers looking to increase the safety, privacy, energy efficiency, comfort, and equity of their homes. Your conviction in the inherent value we offer through our replacement windows will propel you to build a real relationship of trust and turn cold leads into buying clients at every doorstep you find yourself at . Your skills in building rapport, clear communication, diligence, and product knowledge will help you maintain a healthy sales pipeline of appointments that convert into successful sales and installations.

• Close / enroll homeowners on replacement windows on pre-set sales consultation appointments. - Be resilient in the face of daily rejection, and remain positive and productive. - Educate homeowners on the advantages of replacement window solutions.- Participate actively in daily sales team training sessions and meetings.- Provide an unmatched customer experience through thorough follow-up.- Regularly meet and surpass monthly and quarterly performance targets.
