    • About the Role

    The Company is seeking a Dean for its College of Arts and Sciences. The Dean will also be tasked with promoting interdisciplinary collaboration, enhancing the college's research profile, and engaging with the community to advance the mission of the institution. Applicants for the Dean position at the company's College of Arts and Sciences should have a Ph.D. or equivalent terminal degree in a relevant field, a strong record of scholarly achievement, and a proven track record in academic administration. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in higher education. The ideal candidate will have experience in budget management, fundraising, and strategic planning, as well as a clear vision for the future of the arts and sciences in a rapidly changing educational landscape.
