    • About the Role

Applicants for the Dean position at the company's College of Arts and Sciences should have a Ph.D. or equivalent terminal degree in a relevant field, a strong record of scholarly achievement, and a proven track record in academic administration. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in higher education. The ideal candidate will have experience in budget management, fundraising, and strategic planning, as well as a clear vision for the future of the arts and sciences in a rapidly changing educational landscape.
