Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the software development team, establishing goals and a collaborative work environment

Define project requirements, develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress for timely delivery

Provide technical guidance, support architectural design, and ensure adherence to software development best practices

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Seven years of experience in a software development role or as a developer subject matter expert

Three years of resource management experience

Five years in a senior or subject matter expert position
