Human Resources Generalist

Sodexo is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support Hospital Environmental Services departments at three locations in Oregon. The HRM may reside in Portland and must have the ability to travel to Columbia Gorge and Tillamook. The position will support 80-100 employees between three locations and be involved in day-to-day operations including recruiting, onboarding, orientation, file maintenance. This is a highly administrative position so proficiency with computers is a must. A valid driver's license is also required.

What You'll Do

• Support, engage, and help retain staff
• Support managers and hourly employees with HR related tasks
• Work daily in software systems such as Microsoft Office, ADP, Kronos, and applicant tracking systems
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organization

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
• Minimum Functional Experience 1 year of HR experience
