What Youll Do

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process from initial outreach to offer acceptance

• Build and deepen talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter research tools referrals and strategic outbound calling

• Conduct consultative phone interviews with mid- to senior-level professionals

• Partner closely with senior recruiters and leadership on targeted search strategies

• Manage and grow relationships with passive candidates in a highly competitive market

• Maintain strong database discipline within our ATS/CRM system

• Drive consistent activity metrics while delivering quality submissions

• 13 years of recruiting experience (agency or corporate)

• Experience with sourcing outbound recruiting and passive candidate engagement

• Comfortable managing activity metrics and performance goals

• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with professionals daily

• Competitive goal-driven mindset with a desire to increase earnings

• Organized process-oriented and detail-driven

• Ability to work onsite in our Plano office
