The Sr. Claims Advocate would function as the claims manager for a designated group of accounts. The successful candidate would work along-side key, client-side stakeholders, which may include Executives, Managers, Associates and / or Team Members. Internally, they would partner with the Account Management, Marketing, and Producing Departments, and with Risk / Loss Control with ongoing evaluation and assessment of client's risks, and programs, tools and mechanisms to positively impact the same. The role may assist with gathering, and summarizing loss histories for the purpose of marketing and / or underwriting. In addition to ongoing internal and client-facing communication, this professional will ensure the constant flow of communication with various carriers.
The ideal candidate will be adept at aggregating, synthesizing, assessing, and presenting large amounts of varied data, and presenting the same in an intelligible fashion, throughout different business units. They will be tasked with reviewing policies and coverages, for appropriate and timely notice; also advocating on behalf of clients on the application of the same. This person would be expected to have experience across all lines of property and casualty business (primary and reinsurance), including, but not limited to :
