Workiva Solutions Architect

Overview We are seeking an ambitious, motivated, and experienced Manager to join our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Technology Consulting team. Crowe collaborates with Fortune 500 to mid-market sized organizations to develop strategic system roadmaps, system implementations, and continuous service delivery models. This role focuses on designing and implementing Workiva-based solutions within a team, delivering GRC software platforms, and providing client-focused subject matter expertise.

Job Description We are looking for an experienced Workiva Solutions Architect to design and implement solutions using the Workiva platform. This role involves working closely with clients to implement and optimize Workiva solutions, ensuring seamless integration and maximum efficiency. This individual will lead efforts in implementing GRC software platforms, specifically Workiva, and can work within a team to provide support and subject matter expertise at Fortune 500 companies. Projects are fast-paced and facilitated in a team atmosphere. Crowe Risk professionals take pride in providing industry best practices with the goal of assisting clients to achieve a sustainable risk management program.

Responsibilities Lead engagements to deliver consulting services, including solution development and project leadership.

Drive business development and manage client service delivery for Workiva-based GRC projects.

Provide subject matter expertise on Workiva platforms and related GRC solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement, optimize, and integrate Workiva solutions for clients.

Mentor and support project teams to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree, preferably in Management Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration

5+ years of experience implementing Workiva across various industries

Proven ability to manage complex Workiva implementations from start to finish with successful project delivery

Experience leading teams and interacting with all levels of management

Strong sales experience, including supporting a sales cycle with SME input, proposals, estimates, and staffing plans

Proven project management experience with ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time and within budget

Ability to work independently and in a team environment with professionals at all levels

Strong organizational, interpersonal, and presentation skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills

MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Exceptional problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills

Willingness to travel as needed

Workiva administrator experience with Workiva platform; Workiva certifications and experience with Workiva Financial Reporting, GRC, and Data Management Solutions

Compensation and Benefits The wage range for this role takes into account skill sets, experience, training, licensure and certifications, and other business needs. Current range estimate : $102,400.00 - $204,100.00 per year. Geographic differential considerations apply. A reasonable estimate of the current range may be influenced by location and case specifics.
