Days off are not guaranteed unless specified in the contract. Crisis intervention skills are essential for providing immediate support to patients in crisis. Effective communication skills, including active listening and empathy, are crucial for building trust with patients. Responsibilities include monitoring patients for physical and psychological symptoms. Development of individualized care plans based on patient needs is required.
