Steadily's Accelerator Program is designed for recent college graduates to gain valuable, hands-on experience at a fast-growing insurtech company. This career development opportunity begins with a paid internship and fast-tracks you into a licensed insurance professional role.

Our 6-week intern program runs from June 1, 2026 to July 10, 2026. During the internship, the top performing interns will be offered a full-time position at Steadily and continue their career development.

Who We Are

Steadily is an insurance technology company that specializes in rental property insurance for landlords. We're Series C, over 190 people strong, manage $20B in risk, and are intent on becoming the world's best and largest insurer of rental properties.

Our mission is to deliver fast, affordable insurance and to pay claims quickly and fairly. We hire the best engineers, actuaries, underwriters, and operations professionals in the country to build the insurance experience we'd want as property owners.

Program Overview

• 6-week paid internship: June 1, 2026 to July 10, 2026

• Full-time role at completion (based on performance)

• Location: Kansas City metro area (Overland Park) - fully in-office

Rotational Business Exposure

You'll rotate through key business functions to build a comprehensive understanding of our operations. Expect hands-on experience across sales support, customer service, and operations. You'll gain exposure to how we acquire, service, and retain customers while learning the fundamentals of property and casualty insurance.

Executive Access & Mentorship

This isn't your typical internship where you're tucked away from leadership. You'll have direct access to our CEO and executive team through regular touchpoints and presentations!

Real Projects, Real Impact

You'll work on meaningful projects that directly impact our business. Expect to research industry trends, analyze current procedures, propose strategies for growth and retention, and deliver presentations to leadership.

What We're Looking For

Accomplished New Grad: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, economics, risk management, or related field. Preference given to candidates with 3.5+ GPA and involvement in extracurricular activities.

Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.

Tech Savvy: Above-average technical skills; learning new systems and tools comes naturally to you.

Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Ambitious: You want to make the leap into an earlier-stage tech company to rapidly accelerate your career growth. You thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment.

Self-Driven: You can manage a large workload, multi-task, and balance priorities. No task is too small; "that's not my job" is never your mantra.

Leadership Potential: Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work both independently and within a team.

Compensation

$25 an hour for the 6 week internship program.

Entry level roles at Steadily start at $60,000 per year and all employees receive equity in the company and full benefits.
