Paul Davis Restoration is looking for qualified candidates for the drywall and painting positions.

Position Overview :

Essential Duties And Responsibilities :

• Develops and maintains positive working relationships with property owners, property tenants, subcontractors, vendors, in-house employees and any other involved parties.
• Performs all levels of structural painting with quality workmanship.
• Paint bases and proper uses for all the various surfaces and elements.
• Knowledge with tools and purpose to use and obtain desired results.
• Proficient in application and techniques, texturing, blending, patch work, cut-ins, etc.
• Drywalling, taping and sanding.
• Orders and delivers, if necessary, job materials. Returning any unused material for credit to company account.
• Adheres to the budget of each job to prevent the overspending and waste of labor and material costs.
• Monitors job sites to ensure high standards of material quality and workmanship.
• Monitors job sites to ensure high safety and security standards, proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), meeting internal regulations as well as OSHA regulations.
• Maintains a safe and organized work area by performing job site cleanup throughout and at the end of the day.
• Assists Project Manager with obtaining and processing some required documents from the property owner and any other requiring entities and monitors the timeline of in-house workforce, subcontractors, and material orders deliveries.
• Directs communication from the property owners, property tenants, subcontractors, vendors, and any other involved parties to the Project Manager.
• Assist restoration technicians, from time to time, on emergency jobs.
• Performs related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates.

Job Specifications :

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

Compensation : $25.00 - $35.00 per hour.
