Ingram Content Group (ICG) is seeking a Process Analyst to support the Product team in our La Vergne, TN office, right outside of Nashville. In this position, the primary responsibilities involve analysis that supports the execution of process improvement initiatives within the Product Group. This includes internal user training and education, documentation of process improvement recommendations and other policies and procedures that support the goals of the Product Group. This role will support the management of system issues that affect process improvement initiatives or the Product Group. Finally, you will have the ability to apply current knowledge of Ingram policy, procedures & systems practices to support process improvement projects.

Required Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3-4 years experience in business work environment required

Key Responsibilities :

Hiring Salary Range : $58,298K -$$72,657K. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to : the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
