A company is looking for a Senior Trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for travel advisors and agency partners.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and customize training curricula and instructional materials for various products and services
Lead in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and seminars utilizing diverse instructional techniques
Collect and analyze feedback to continuously improve training programs and maintain learner records accurately
Required Qualifications
Minimum 7+ years of travel advisor leisure sales experience or equivalent experience in a managerial role
At least 5 years of training experience in the travel industry, preferably in a travel agency setting
Industry credentials such as CLIA, ASTA, ACTA, or The Travel Institute are a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, with strong project management skills
Sound knowledge of adult learning theory and experience with webinar tools for virtual training delivery
