About the Position :
We are looking to hire an individual who will enhance the client experience by giving exceptional service and providing operational and administrative support to our firm and our clients. We are a boutique office so you will get great exposure to all aspects of a leading investment business. Our Client Services Assistant will be responsible for the day-to-day servicing of clients and account maintenance, which will involve both face-to-face and phone interactions with our valued clients.
The person we are looking for must be willing to engage in our client’s lives and contribute to the overall financial health of our clients and the health and growth of our firm. The salary range for this role is $60,000.00-$80,000.00 depending on experience and skills.
In This Role You Will :
- Assist on the daily activities associated with client service and back-office operations.
- Partner with Advisors to ensure white glove service to clients.
- Prepare advisors for daily trades, account analysis, and client meetings.
- Collaborate with Advisors for proper client onboarding, with duties including client education (e.g., online account access) and proper account set up.
- Check custodian and client alerts daily and perform appropriate actions.
- Handle and process administrative paperwork for firms clients.
- Develop and maintain exceptional relationship with clients with the focus on client retention.
- Prepare conference room for client and prospect meetings.
- Answer, screen, and transfer inbound phone calls.
- Maintain accurate notes and records in the CRM and internal document database.
- Greet clients and visitors. Offer and provide refreshments to clients and visitors.
- Handle and process daily mail : open and distribute; scan and file as needed; manage shipping.
- Contribute to maintaining professional appearance of office communal areas including supply cabinet, filing cabinets, conference rooms and kitchen.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) preferably in business, accounting, finance, economics, or related area.Minimum of 3+ years of experience in client service within the financial services industry.Must have strong comfort with technology and ability to learn new software and systems quickly to include; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite / 365, Outlook, and intermediate to advance skill level in Excel; You will be working in CRM systems, document management, and encryption systems.Experience with Redtail CRM and LPL Financial's ClientWorks system are preferred.Required Skills :
