This is an exciting and pivotal role for an analytically-minded and highly organized individual to directly support the Chief of Staff (CoS), Senior Director of Technical Project Management and executive team in driving key strategic initiatives across the company. The ideal candidate will blend a technical foundation with proven project management or strategy expertise to effectively coordinate complex, cross-functional efforts and manage critical communication workflows.

Key Responsibilities : 1. Strategic Project Coordination & Execution

• Lead Project Management : Own the coordination, tracking, and communication of high-priority strategic projects that span multiple internal teams (e.g., Engineering, Operations, Finance, People, Legal) and organizational levels.
• Cross-Functional Liaison : Serve as the primary point of contact for the CoS with departmental leads, ensuring alignment, surfacing roadblocks, and maintaining momentum on key initiatives.
• Meeting Management : Prepare agendas, presentations, and follow-up documentation for internal strategy reviews and project steering committee meetings.

Salary Range

$134,000—$174,500 USD
