Key Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer while ensuring a positive candidate experience
Source and engage candidates through various channels with creative outreach
Manage hiring teams by providing proactive communication and tracking pipeline health
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles, particularly in Engineering, Product, and GTM
Comfort discussing technical fundamentals and role expectations
Strong partnership skills with hiring managers and cross-functional teams
Organized approach to managing pipelines and competing deadlines
Prior experience in a startup environment and familiarity with Ashby ATS
