A company is looking for a Senior Staff Software Engineer to provide technical leadership and drive impactful changes across systems and teams.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership and influence architecture and design decisions across multiple teams

Collaborate with various stakeholders to translate product vision into scalable solutions and resolve complex dependencies

Mentor engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience

8+ years of experience in developing complex software applications at a Staff or Senior Staff engineer level

Advanced experience with .NET Framework / C# and / or PHP, and strong understanding of software architecture

Proven experience designing and operating cloud-based solutions hosted on AWS

Deep knowledge of security best practices and experience with relational databases, particularly Microsoft SQL Server
