Python / Django Developer (Local Candidates Only) - Hybrid

As part of a digital transformation, our client, a banking and financial services institution is seeking and experienced Full Stack Python Developer to join their technology group. This person will work closely with the enterprise risk department to build out solutions for enterprise analytics and reporting.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop highly scalable applications in Python / Django framework.
• Create and deploy applications in a cloud environment with various interconnected components.
• Understand and enhance front-end applications using JavaScript (React JS), HTML5 and CSS3.
• Identify and fix bottlenecks that may arise from inefficient code.
• Knowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers and environments.
• Ensure that programs are written to the highest standards (e.g., Unit Tests) and technical specifications.
• Documentation of the key aspects of the project.
