Compensation :

$75,000 - $150,000+ yearly commission based

Responsibilities :

• Meet with serious buyers and sellers, understand their needs, and guide them to the closing table.
• Follow up consistently using proven systems to grow your pipeline.
• Deliver 5-star service that turns clients into raving fans and referral machines.
• Host high-energy open houses (we even give you the leads!).
• Stay organized and ready to roll using our tech and CRM tools.
• Plug into our Academy Sales Training and weekly sales meetings.
