I have worked for State Farm since 2006, and in April 2011 we proudly opened our first office in Clackamas, OR. Since then, weve built a strong, close-knit team of eight dedicated professionals who take pride in delivering exceptional service.

ROLE DESCRIPTION :

As an Account Manager / Sales Representative with Ryan Paulson - State Farm Agent, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our insurance agency. Your proactive approach, sales aptitude, and commitment to building lasting relationships with clients will set you apart. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on identifying customer needs, delivering tailored insurance solutions, and consistently exceeding sales goals.

In this role, youll combine exceptional communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and a passion for helping people. Youll have the opportunity to develop professionally while contributing to the agencys success. We are excited to meet driven, sales-focused candidates who are eager to grow within our agency. This position focuses on prospecting new customers to our agency through call, text, and email. Quoting new customers and multi-lining them to additional services we offer that fit their needs. Team members are empowered to become confident lead generators and trusted resources for our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities.
  • Educate clients about insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options.
  • Foster strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive communication.
  • Maintain accurate client records and manage policy updates efficiently.

  • Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
