Senior SEC Reporting Consultant, CPA

A company is looking for a Senior SEC Reporting Consultant.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide consulting expertise in SEC financial reporting and technical accounting for various clients

Lead and support projects involving complex GAAP & IFRS matters, IPO / SPAC transactions, and SEC reporting requirements

Prepare and review financial statements, footnotes, reconciliations, and audit schedules for public filings

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting and active CPA license

Five or more years of experience in public accounting and / or industry, focusing on SEC reporting

Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and projects simultaneously

Experience with various ERP systems and SEC reporting software

Familiarity with technical accounting projects (ASC 480, 606, 718, 805, 815, 842)
