MRI Technologist – Day Shift (Direct-Hire)
Location: Albany, GA
Pay: $32–$45/hour (based on experience)
Relocation Bonus Available – Open to candidates nationwide!
About the Role:
We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate MRI Technologist to join a leading healthcare team in Albany, GA. This is a direct-hire, full-time opportunity offering competitive pay and relocation assistance for qualified candidates.
In this role, you’ll perform high-quality MRI scans in accordance with established protocols, supporting physicians in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of diseases. You’ll play a key role in ensuring patient safety and comfort, while delivering exceptional customer care in a professional, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality MRI scans following department protocols under physician supervision.
Ensure patient and staff safety by properly screening all individuals entering the magnetic field.
Provide compassionate, respectful patient care across all age groups.
Clearly explain procedures and maintain excellent communication with patients and staff.
Contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.
Maintain compliance with all safety and quality standards.
Requirements:
Vocational Technical Degree in Radiologic Technology (required)
1–2 years of MRI experience (preferred)
Required Certifications/Licenses:
Radiologic Technologist (RT)
Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MR) Certification (ARRT)
Basic Life Support (BLS)
Preferred: Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Certification
Skills & Competencies:
Strong organizational and communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and patient relations abilities
Attention to detail and analytical thinking
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Basic computer and clerical skills
