• Develop and design training using a systematic approach, such as ADDIE

You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As a Technical Training Specialist in Lynchburg, VA, you will be part of the proven team in the Operational Support Services Business Line in the Installed Base Business Unit. The job of a training specialist is highly dynamic. You communicate the company's culture and vision to trainees and customers. Your work will include:

• Delivering technical training classes
• Working across departments with subject matter experts to design and develop training
• Entering data or troubleshooting the learning management system
• Working with video or voice over to develop digital training, or collaborating across departments to determine training needs and solutions

Your Total Rewards Package

The range of base salary for the position is between $63,000 - $82,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.

Qualifications:

• ABET accredited engineering undergraduate degree or ABET accredited graduate STEM degree.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in base-level or MAJCOM facility project planning, programming, and management. Military Construction (MILCON) project planning, programming, and management is highly desired.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience with engineering or project management support, professional licensing preferred
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience with documentation of engineering goals, objectives and requirements
• Minimum of an active SECRET security clearance
• Must be U.S. citizen
• Location: Air Force Global Strike Command Campus – Barksdale AFB, LA
