AtWork is seeking a Customer Service Generalist with customer service skills, is able to coordinate efficient schedules, and excel in a fast-paced environment.Job Responsibilities:- Utilizing strong problem-solving skills to efficiently address and resolve complex customer issues in a prompt manner.- Make outbound calls to reach the targeted number of scheduled appointments and memberships necessary for successful service operations.- Ensure the customer database is consistently accurate and up to date- Prioritize calls to effectively support technician schedules and operational requirements.- Perform administrative tasks to support the overall efficiency of the operation.- Perform additional duties as assigned.Requirements/Qualifications:- Minimum of 2 years prior experience preferred.- Strong verbal and written communication skills.- Basic computer skills- Strong problem-solving skills Work days and times may vary.Job Type: Full TimePay: $16.00/hr
