Our client is seeking a highly motivated Junior API Integration Engineer to lead solutions implementation projects, spearhead AI initiatives, and drive API integrations across product offerings. This hands-on role requires a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise and the ability to collaborate effectively with C-level executives and senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead Solutions Implementation Projects : Drive technology solutions from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.

AI Project Leadership : Implement and lead AI initiatives, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to enhance business outcomes.

API Integration : Utilize APIs to integrate and optimize products, ensuring seamless connectivity and functionality.

Strategic Collaboration : Partner with C-level executives and senior leadership to define strategies, develop technology roadmaps, and align solutions with business objectives.

Stakeholder Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaboration across the organization.

Performance Monitoring : Establish metrics and benchmarks to evaluate the impact and effectiveness of technology initiatives, driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.

Experience : 2-5 years in hands on API integration

Technical Expertise : Knowledge and passion for AI technologies, LLMs, and emerging technology trends.

Communication : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with C-level executives and senior leadership.

Strategic Thinking : Skilled in developing and executing technology strategies that drive innovation and organizational success.

Work Arrangement :

Onsite for the first 90 days to ensure a smooth onboarding and alignment with team objectives.

Transition to a hybrid schedule thereafter.
