Key Responsibilities
Provide advice and guidance on day-to-day P&C matters, escalating complex issues as needed
Manage employee lifecycle processes, focusing on coaching, development, and performance management
Contribute to P&C operations improvement and ensure compliance with local legal requirements
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in an HR Generalist, Advisor, or People Business Partner role
Solid knowledge of US employment law and employee lifecycle management
Ability to operate autonomously and make sound judgments
Commercial awareness and comfort working in a global team across time zones
A systems mindset with a focus on process improvement
