Industrial Capital Project Manager - Cedar Rapids, IA This is a full-time, exempt-level position located on-site at ADM's operation in Cedar Rapids. Role Summary : The Industrial Capital Project Manager will lead and manage capital projects from inception to completion. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing budgets, schedules, and resources, and ensuring that all project objectives are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial engineering, project management, and a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects. Responsibilities :

• Project Planning and Initiation :

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

Lead and coordinate project teams, including engineers, contractors, and other professionals.

Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and regulatory authorities.

Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control and efficient resource utilization.

Identify and assess potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Oversee project completion, ensuring all deliverables are met and final inspections are conducted.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. If hired, employees will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department / team performance, and market factors. The pay range for this position is expected to be between :

$104,100.00 - $195,300.00

Salaried Incentive Plan

The total compensation package for this position will also include annual bonus and a long-term incentive plan
